Hi, I’m Katharina – the heart behind Kind Soul.
I am a nature-loving soul who’s happiest with bare feet, and a belly full of good food, surrounded by animals. I live for long walks with my dog, ocean swims, and the simple beauty of slow mornings and nourishing meals. Originally from Germany, I’ve made Portugal my home together with my partner and my dog Carlito.
Over the years, my passion for movement, mindfulness, and health evolved into my profession. I’m a certified yoga teacher, nutritionist, and stress and burnout prevention coach with a background in health sciences. My mission is to help others reconnect with their bodies, build healthy habits, and find calm in the chaos of everyday life.
